How does the 7-day trial work?
You create an account with a credit card and get 7 days with everything in Pro unlocked. Nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel in one click from the dashboard or by email at help@publitik.com — no charge, no explanation needed.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades are prorated and charged immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next cycle, without losing days you've already paid for.
How do I cancel?
In one click from the dashboard (Account → Subscription → Cancel) or by email to help@publitik.com. Cancellation stops the auto-renewal — you keep access until the end of the cycle you've already paid for. Details in our Refund Policy.
Who operates Publitik?
BMS Consultoria, Serviços e Comércio Ltda. (CNPJ 46.370.980/0001-15), based in Rio de Janeiro/RJ, Brazil. Charges appear as PUBLITIK STARTER, PUBLITIK PRO or PUBLITIK ENT on your card statement. More info in Contact.
How many users come with Enterprise?
10 seats included in the price. That's the tier minimum — for larger teams, reach out at help@publitik.com and we'll put together a proposal with additional seats.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
On the yearly plan you pay ~20% less per equivalent month, charged once at the start of the cycle. You can switch from monthly to yearly any time — the amount already paid is credited proportionally.
Can I get an invoice?
Every charge generates a Brazilian service invoice (NF) issued by BMS Consultoria. Available for download in the dashboard after each payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Brazilian credit cards processed by Stripe Brasil Instituição de Pagamento Ltda. (payments partner). Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Elo are accepted. Boleto and Pix are being studied for yearly tiers.
